Enhancing the Osara Health Experience
This year, we introduced significant updates to the Osara Health app, which empowers patients and caregivers with personalized resources, tools, and dedicated coaching. These new features were designed to improve user engagement, simplify navigation, and broaden access to our vital support services.
Key feature enhancements in 2025 include:
- In-App Notification Framework: We implemented a new notification system to keep participants better informed and engaged with timely, relevant updates and reminders within the app.
- Tablet-Optimized Application: To increase accessibility, we launched a version of our application specifically optimized for tablets, offering a more versatile user experience.
- My Health Insights UX Optimizations: We refined the user experience for the “My Health Insights” section, making it easier for participants to track their progress and understand their health journey.

Beyond these awards, we actively participated in industry conversations at key events. A notable moment was sharing the stage with MetLife at the DMEC Annual Conference. We also launched the Osara Health podcast, Better Outcomes, and contributed to important discussions through articles and other podcast appearances, amplifying the conversation around comprehensive cancer support in the workplace.
Groundbreaking Research and Real-World Evidence
In 2025, we shared new real-world evidence demonstrating the positive impact of our Cancer Coach program at the PROMIS International Conference 2025. A pilot study of 89 participants showed statistically significant improvements in both Global Physical Health and Global Mental Health, as measured by PROMIS-10 scores. The greatest gains were observed in physical functioning, fatigue, and emotional well-being. This research confirms that our flexible model, combining telehealth coaching and app-based support, delivers meaningful benefits.
We also saw promising preliminary results from a feasibility study in partnership with Moffitt Cancer Center, as presented at the ASCO Quality Care Symposium in October. Early findings from this 12-week program for patients and their caregivers showed high satisfaction with the coaching intervention. Participants reported positive changes in symptom management and emotional support, reinforcing the value of personalized cancer coaching. Full results are anticipated for publication in 2026.
